By accessing or using Bitelrn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Bitelrn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written permission.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bitelrn.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund policy details will be outlined in the full Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on Bitelrn — including lessons, quizzes, flashcards, and AI-generated material — is owned by or licensed to Bitelrn and protected by applicable copyright laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
